$93.5 million domestic, $140.5 worldwide, and damned if I know if I’m going to go see JOKER. I’m not scared of it or anything — I’m certainly disinclined to make the movie a convenient scapegoat for whatever’s spinning people’s wheels this week — but I hear that it is not a happy movie. I’m not sure if I want to spend one of my lunchtimes this week watching such an aggressively unhappy movie.
But don’t let me stop you! No, seriously. If you want to see it, go for it!
