I was surprised at this news, because I decided that the first one looked horrible. Apparently audiences were more forgiving than I was, because the first ADDAMS FAMILY animated film grossed 203 million on a 25 million dollar budget. When that happens, the studios can more or less ignore the critical response to a film. Which they are doing here.
Well. I guess that’s me told.
I was all like “didn’t they do that already like 30 years ago” and then saw the word “animated”. Oh, OK. Anything not including Raul Julia doesn’t really exist in my world anyway.
