Corpses are much easier to generate than robots. If we can use the former rather than the latter….
Okay, I admit, this still turns into a horror movie, but at least it’s a horror movie about dystopia and the twisting of the human soul, rather than one about a zombie apocalypse.
I had a kobold cleric of the lord of the undead once who spent 7/10ths of his career trying to make the undead conform to the Three Laws Of Undeadics. For the record this cleric did not consider himself evil. Merely misunderstood. ^_^
