So I *was* gonna go see BULLET TRAIN…

…only the brakes on my car aren’t cooperating. Dammit, I was going to have lunch with my sister in law and her SO and it was going to be this entire thing. Not nearly the worst thing in the world that could have happened to me today, but it’s still annoying. I’ve been trying to see this movie and hang out with adults for the past week.

Sorry. Had to vent a little.

  1. But taking what could become a bullet train to see a movie called “Bullet Train” could be an amusing story later on. Assuming you don’t careen into a wall and Dale Earnhardt yourself. Actually getting to and from the theater is an important part of the move-going experience.

I think you made the right call.

    1. I think I did the automotive equivalent of sleep on it wrong: the engine didn’t catch on the first try because I turned the key too quick. Which means I’m gonna be real pissed if I take the car to the shop tomorrow and the brakes work fine…

      1. And there’s no one to take it out on either. You’re not going to slash your own tires or anything like that. Sometimes it’s best to just shrug and move on. It will be a nice feeling to escape the mechanic’s garage for less that 400 bucks.
