(I’ve never actually seen it, just lots of references to it. So I’ve kept my eye open for the opportunity. Until recently it had been largely unavailable for viewing to the point where I’ve heard conspiracy theories of deliberate suppression.)
Oh, They Live is *fertile* ground for conspiracy theorists. I’ve seen websites where I literally could not tell if it was someone with actual crazy ideas or just a massively kayfabe They Live fansite.
I think I saw it on TV 15 years ago (at like 2am doing laundry in a college dorm), but I might have just seen a YouTube collection of clips. It is trippy.
