Hopefully it’s just a cold, but I’m pretty sure it’s not just allergies. [UPDATE: Well, at least it isn’t Covid. Probably some other kind of spring cold, though.]

(Shrug) Not that there’s a huge divide between Covid and the other coronaviruses and rhinoviruses that comprise the common cold at this point.
It’s no longer novel, but endemic, and a significant level of immunity has become universal.
The first time I caught the bloody thing, it was probably the worst flu I’d ever had.
The second time, one of the early variants, it was a bad cold.
Some of the sniffles I’ve had since could well have been other variants.
