Needed to get it down to 37,500 (150 pages), and it’s done! Huzzah. Now I just need to see whether I can get the editor I want for it, before I send it off to the person who’ll put that and the art work together. With any luck, I can get the whole thing finished before the end of the year…

Started up some of the stuff for MORGAN BAROD.
Mostly, I might – might – have the cover art squared away. No guarantees, yet: but if it works out I can’t wait for people to see it. MORGAN BAROD’s going to be a weird book generally, which is a pretty good argument for not Kickstarting it. If if goes down in flames then at least it’s not taking other people’s money with it.
Beta readers will probably be needed at some time in March. I’m hoping for a June launch, but that may be optimistic. We’ll see.

Final Pass-through for TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION is done.
Going to work on the conversion process this week. We are rapidly approaching the point where I will have to lock orders on the Backerkit pre-orders, so keep that in mind, folks. Gonna be weird when TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION is no longer a project…
The second to last go-through on TALES FROM THE FERMI RESOLUTION.
After I finish checking the stories one more time, it’ll be time to collate them and get them into a KDF-compatible format. From there we go on to the print proof, and I’ll check it all again. And after that I’ll pull the trigger, order the books that need to be signed, and away we go. We’re still on track for this being done by the end of the month, or close to it.

Ha. Haha! HAhhaHAHA! IT’S DONE! Oh, it’s not a real book yet. It’s got twenty thousand words’ worth of connective tissue to establish and more characterization to develop and there’s a plot hole or three to fix and at least one scene to write, but: 60000 words! I made it! With a day to spare!
