The PDF for Pirate Nations just dropped. It’s not yet released to the general public, but if you backed the Kickstarter above $40 you should be getting a copy. On a personal note… this isn’t the one that immortalizes my wife, alas. Not that her character was a pirate. Her character punched pirates. Until they were good, or at least quiet.

The Munchkin Shakespeare Kickstarter.
This one is gonna be a gift for my sister-in-law. She will have no idea that Munchkin Shakespeare exists, but she will love it on sight. So, hey, win.
Less than three days on the Tales From the Loop RPG Kickstarter!
I… succumbed. They decided to make a RPG out of Simon Stalenhag’s bizarrely interesting pictures of robots and dinosaurs in 1980s settings. And I don’t quite have the money for this, but… I succumbed.
Hey, let me spread that around!
Oh, good: the Pokemon Zoography 2017 Calendar Kickstarter funded.
I don’t really have any personal use for it – I don’t play Pokemon Go – but the person drawing the Pokemon Zoography 2017 Calendar is also the artist for the TimeWatch RPG, so, you know, part of the tribe and all that. Besides: the more creative work that gets supported, the more that gets created. As a creator myself I recognize this.
The ‘Tales from the Loop – Roleplaying in the ’80s That Never Was’ Kickstarter, dammit.
‘Dammit’ because I can’t afford this one. Still, it’s damn pretty. Also, Kickstarter does indeed know what I like.

Get the Ogre Miniatures Set 1 Kickstarter to $120K! Get me free shipping!
Well, $15 off, but shipping is supposed to be about $12 anyway so if the Ogre Miniatures Set 1 Kickstarter gets that far then it’s free shipping. And then I can use that money to get the glow-in-the-dark Ogres as add-ons. So, hey, win-win.
My Patreon microfiction: ‘Birthday.’
I tried to imagine in ‘Birthday‘ how this sort of thing might actually go. After all, everybody knows the value of a first impression, right? And politeness costs a man nothing. And any other number of cliches, really.
Looking for a great Christmas gift? Try my Patreon! …OK, that sounds weird. Still:
The Isometric Gaming Paper … dang, that’s brilliant… Rolls Kickstarter.
I mean, wow. Seriously, yes, gimme an isometric grid and stick it on a roll of paper. Heck, I just went back and boosted my pledge just so I could give out a couple as Christmas presents. If you need to know what your old-school gamer wants in his stocking, trust me: he probably wants this.

The Ogre Miniatures Set 1 Kickstarter.
Yup.
Unpainted plastic miniatures that will let you play the basic scenario: the higher the final total, the more free extra minis I get in my box, so go right ahead there, folks.
The ‘Leagues of Cthulhu’ Kickstarter.
Two things to note about the ‘Leagues of Cthulhu‘ Kickstarter:
- It’s set in Victorian England and has a worldwide focus, making it of interest to folks who want to do adventures outside of the usual Call of Cthulhu time periods:
- It’s also British, which means that the exchange rate is off the hook right now.
Seriously, assuming that the British pound doesn’t rebound in the next two weeks it’s like we’re all back in 1989. Or in a cyberpunk campaign! Picking which currency to use was a thing sometimes in that genre, too. Then again, so were interface jacks…
