Turns out that it’s from a History Channel hour-long British/Canadian ‘special’ about the 100th anniversary of the Great Martian War of 1913-1917. I cannot, of course, countenance the video piracy found at this site – h ttp://www.dailymotion.com/video/x3p23nz – despite the fact that there is no copy of The Great Martian War that’s available for legitimate sale is at this time. I cannot countenance it at all.
