The Making of DVD/Blu-Ray of “So” is quite enjoyable as well, though not as informative as the “South Bank Show” episode on the making of “Security,” which was a landmark in synth programming, drum machines, exotic rhythms and soundscapes, etc. You can pretty much watch the pop music of the 1980s being invented in real time:
