This being a grilled cheese sandwich made via instructions by Jay Caruso. Sourdough bread, Muenster cheese, and mustard added because I’m not a barbarian. …Danged tasty. I toasted the bread slightly, butter side up, before I flipped them and put the cheese on; and I didn’t bother to butter them further. Turned out just fine anyway.
