…I read somewhere that they were seeing some links between weight gain and lack of sleep. Given that I largely resemble a hobbit, it occurs to me that maybe I should try not going to bed insanely late for a week and see how that goes. Radical of me, sure, but that’s how I roll.
I still have a post or two left for tonight, but I’m not gonna dawdle too much on ’em.
It takes roughly a month to reset your sleep schedule. A bit more physical activity and sunlight (going outside;-) should also help with weight control. For when you are parked in front of the ‘puter, a desk cycle or even a standing desk can help.
