Trying to force the particular likes and dislikes of a small group of uber-rich and hyper-insulated Lefties on a national political party is very lucrative for certain people inside the Beltway; unfortunately for that party those are the only people in that party who benefit.

PS: Please continue catering to this very narrow group of purity scolds, Democrats.
Trying to operate a campaign when there’s so much known that ain’t so – to butcher the rhyme – is tough.

Note, of course, that this applies equally well to all who seek to operate campaigns .. get a thorough scale-ectomy before running.
