The most numerous – and worst – colds I ever had was when I was a substitute teacher. I went into hot-pits of disease and got introduced to every microbe my students and all of their brothers and sisters had encountered.
I was in my early twenties, I likely hadn’t built up the immune system that I needed.
Could it be the bread?
Deepest sympathy. I lost Christmas this year (caught it from my grandkids, I think – hard to wash hands enough when it’s family and they’re sick). Hope you feel better soon.
