…and then have their players read it, too. If only to marvel at the OSS. I mean, seriously, those guys were flat-out gonzo. Even more so than the average PC.
And I’m being perfectly serious about having your party read the Field Manual, too. Subtly wrecking the plans of the enemy is a time-honored tradition in RPGs, not least because it’s a good way for a small group to land an effective blow against a larger one. Your players are going to be doing it anyway: you might as well encourage them to read the good stuff.
