Not an awful rendition, but the original is so wonderfully pitch perfect, any remake will suffer in comparison.
I really do enjoy the original, and my wife loves it. This performance is rich, and her voice is great. But the whole performance is almost sultry. I like them, but I think it would be better if she tried to show some of the earnest enthusiasm of the original.
But I wasn’t aware is this group, so I definitely enjoy finding out about them.
