I was going to start this with, Where the heck is Gadget? But then I watched the actual trailer, and now I’m going: What the heck is going on here? It’s clearly got a WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT? vibe to it; but can they sustain? And can the Mouse manage to laugh at itself for the entire movie? And is the wildly divergent animation styles going to make my nose bleed if I watch it for long enough?

I ca feel the striving for Roger Rabbit, but it’s polluted by the money-grabbing. WFRR brought together a host of different properties, Greedy Disney is using all their own IP.

Also, I’m betting-certain that Gadget got wiped from the trailer (and possibly the film) at the last second because they hypersexualized her ala Jessica Rabbit, and that is a … touchy subject right now.
