Every day without a nuclear holocaust is a day my teenaged self didn’t quite 100% believe I would have.
I still get misty when Scorpions “Winds of Change” comes across the airwaves.
Scorpions gave a good performance in the Roger Waters + all stars “The Wall” concert live from Potzdamer Platz IIRC.
well worth watching still, for the staging and era-appropriate performances.
I’ve got it on a double VHS set somewhere…
I grew up thinking Dio’s “Last in Line” referred to our generation.
