I may just be a poor country lawyer, but seems to me I recall that titles be they for books movies or songs are immune from copyright or claims in Hollywood or any other big city.
In a better world, those who file such cases that are clearly contradicted by black letter law should be disbarred, and/or shot as an example to others of what frivolous means.
