..Precisely one person in the live-action portion of that video is not an abject fashion victim by our current standards. It’s like they recorded it at the exact moment where styles of dress were changing. Bizarre.
A group that made nice songs, but was internally destroyed by drugs, sex and betrayal. Kind of emblematic for that entire generation.
Overrated, I think. They ALWAYS sound lousy live. Creatures of the studio. And, oh yah, INCEST! The ONLY universal taboo. Yuk.
