Things have always worked out for me. The problem was that they just didn’t seem do be doing that at the time.

Sorry to hear of your wife’s disappointment. I agree with acat on your priorities. If I thought either of you were that kind of person, I’d offer to “find the source of her disappointment…. and break it’s legs” 😉
