Now, I’m no lawyer…
In a swing through the crucial presidential state of Iowa this weekend, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker took the rare step of lashing out at prosecutors who had probed his campaign by questioning whether their tactics were constitutional.
In an equally unusual turn, prosecutors fired back by calling Walker’s comments inaccurate, offensive and defamatory — with Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm suggesting Walker could be criminally charged for lying.
…but I believe that responding to that with a terse “Discovery” is generally enough to shut up people like John Chisholm. Because good luck getting a criminal charge to stick, thanks to that pesky First Amendment. But I bet that a criminal conspiracy charge against the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office might be an easier one to make, once we get a look at John Chisholm’s files…

Via… well, this one’s going around.
If President Walker isn’t too busy you know running the country, then maybe he could allocate some DOJ resources in making Chisholm’s.
*live miserable, not sure what happened with the above comment.
*life* ugh, you really need an edit button moe.
Yeah, I’m guessing we’d find out quick enough his files were managed by the same group that had charge over HRC’s email server. Or at least, are using the same playbook.
Possibly so. Chisolm is then sent away on a bajillion counts of obstruction of justice.
It works for me.
That ‘John Doe’ stuff isn’t looking so good for the Democrats as it once did. There is that thing about stop digging that Wisconsin Democrats don’t seem to get.
They haven’t had the “What? Me? A fascist?” moment yet.
