Awesome, since we have Starz for Outlander, I have something to watch too. (Full disclosure, I like the Outlander books, but the live action is made for the ladies. Although I wonder how many episode will carry the longest day ever in The Fiery Cross.)
The book is for the ladies too. The POV character is a raging sociopath. That’s not something I consider an attractive quality in members of the opposite sex.

I still don’t know why The Science Fiction Book Club sent it to me all those years ago (other than the obvious of my not returning the postcard in time). If the time travel exists just to magically put a modern woman back in time without explanation, attempts to return, or the potential complications of time travel, the book is not science fiction.
