(Via RCP) It’s… coherent. It discusses regionalism as an understated factor in American voting patterns without dropping into sensationalism. It pretty much treats the habit of using ‘racism’ to explain away opposition to Obama with the open scorn that such a puerile argument deserves. And it does not attack the Republican party once.
