America, Simon & Garfunkel
They really weren’t very happy a lot, that generation? Poor bastards.
I have wonderful, gauzy memories of my childhood listening to my parents’ S&G albums (in particular, ‘Parsley, Sage’). ‘For Emily’–stunning love song. Does anyone (today) write like Simon? Ack! I’m turning into my mother–where’s my Rascal scooter?
Can you blame them Moe? They didn’t have the Internet, with its unlimited amount of porn, or the Chevy Volt. How did people live with[out] the Volt?!
