Do they have kids? Do they have custody of their kids?
I mean, I understand why the Onion AV Club thinks it’s funny: at their age, so would’ve I. Then again, when I was in my mid-twenties I was a good deal less pleasant than I am now (not all that bright, either). But that ‘gag’ is one of those things that abruptly gets less entertaining, once you have kids.
Yeah, yeah, I know, I know: I’m getting old. Still. You don’t want to encourage people to ignore crying babies.

Moe, let us try to keep things in perspective here. I ask you: How is this going to encourage people to ignore crying babies? Even if it does, then they are horrible people to begin with and were just looking for an excuse to burn their conscience.
This is a visceral reaction thing, man. I don’t think that there’s any way to talk me down from it. 🙂
