Have you looked into what human-based transcription services cost?

I mean, I know you want to use software and stuff, and I have no idea what your budget looks like (other than “a little $$ for software”) so am not sure it’s even viable.. but it might save you some aggravation.

Buck a minute and it takes a few days. Perfectly viable for professionals with a budget, me not so much.
