Rocket Lab commercial space launch at 8:50 EST tonight (Live Stream).

Cool: “The U.S. spaceflight startup Rocket Lab will attempt the first commercial launch of its new Electron rocket today (June 22), and you can watch the liftoff live online.”  Or, hey, here.  Mind you, launch windows are notoriously iffy, and there’s always the chance of a catastrophic failure, but it seems that we are really doing private commercial space stuff more or less routinely now.  Which is more like the future I was promised, hey?
