This is kind of a test. …Which works! It’s also a gluten-free fudge chocolate cake. Which is something that I made today for my wife. Although it turns out that my kids have likewise decided that, actually yes, chocolate cake with fudge icing (not seen here) is nice, too. And, hey: it was.
