“Let’s boil it down to the essential words: Political documentary, banned, government.”
You can safely assume that anybody not taking the point is probably not going to. One way, or the other.

My favorite, a bit longer, comes from the opinion itself:
“The First Amendment does not permit laws that force speakers to retain a campaign finance attorney, conduct demographic marketing research, or seek declaratory rulings before discussing the most salient political issues of our day.”
Call me old-fashioned, but my personal favorite is
“Congress shall make NO law…”
