(IS NOT WIDESPREAD)
throughout the general
(THROUGHOUT THE GENERAL)
population.

So it is hard
(SO IT IS HARD)
to converse with people
(TO CONVERSE WITH PEOPLE)
who suffer from
(WHO SUFFER FROM)
your medical condition;
(YOUR MEDICAL CONDITION;)
having to repeat
(HAVING TO REPEAT)
everything twice
(EVERYTHING TWICE)
gets old real fast.
(GETS OLD REAL FAST.)

And, truth be told:
(AND, TRUTH BE TOLD:)
the hand palsy thing
(THE HAND PALSY THING)
all y’all also have
(ALL Y’ALL ALSO HAVE)
kind of freaks us out.
(KIND OF FREAKS US OUT.)

The problem for her (THE PROBLEM FOR HER) is that when it comes (IS THAT WHEN IT COMES) to us having (TO US HAVING) a conversation (A CONVERSATION) about who we are (ABOUT WHO WE ARE) and about what we feel (AND ABOUT WHAT WE FEEL) and about what we want: (AND ABOUT WHAT WE WANT:) who I am (WHO I AM) is a person (IS A PERSON) who doesn’t like (WHO DOESN’T LIKE) her and her friends (HER AND HER FRIENDS); what I feel (WHAT I FEEL) is profound annoyance (IS PROFOUND ANNOYANCE) at her inability (AT HER INABILITY) to grow up, (TO GROW UP,) and her need (AND HER NEED) to rant emotionally (TO RANT EMOTIONALLY) like any other (LIKE ANY OTHER) poorly-behaved toddler (POORLY-BEHAVED TODDLER); and what I want (AND WHAT I WANT) even more than eternal Christmas (EVEN MORE THAN ETERNAL CHRISTMAS) is for her and her buddies (IS FOR HER AND HER BUDDIES) to go the hell away. (TO GO THE HELL AWAY.)
