Sunbow’s animation was heads and shoulders above most US stuff of the era (I think they contracted out to Japan or Korea), but they still had to work within a budget.
I rewatched a few shows a while back. In one of them Shipwreck rides a rocket bareback. As a kid this did not seem odd at all.
Hmm, well…C.O.B.R.A. agents display poor form as they descend on their WWII style parachutes – I’d count on lots of broken legs and damaged spines on landing. It was interesting to see the pre-restoration flame on Miss Liberty’s torch…and I laughed out loud at the hippie-with-a-flamethrower…
