Interesting… but I might add another data point as to why Last Action Hero failed. It went up against Jurassic Park.
I have it on DVD. I watch it about once a year. I think it’s one of his best. Right up there with Kindergarten Cop. I am not being facetious or sarcastic here. Outside of his type-cast tough guy roles he’s actually a very good actor.
After 300+ hours of Skyrim and its Scharzenegger guards the accent does grate slightly.
Never saw it… but I’ve seen most of the rest of Arnold’s work … Have to catch Expendables, caught the sequel though. I’ll have to add this to the “to watch” list.
