I have yet to field test this, but it looks good as a prototype:
- turkey breast
- chipotle mayonnaise
- Monterrey Jack cheese
- Lettuce
- Rye
The aforementioned field testing – tomorrow – will mostly center on the bread type, and how this works as a panini. The lettuce makes me hesitate, with regard to the latter.

That does sound tasty. Where would one look for chipotle mayo? I haven’t come across it before, and it sounds like something my family would like to have around.
Kraft makes it, apparently; it is also a pretty common recipe. Mayo, sour cream, finely chopped chiles, and lime juice seems to be the general concept. I will probably have to tone it down; spicy and me can be tricky.
