Not feeling the energy, today.

Youngest is in the middle of toilet training, you see.  Yes, I will be merciful and spare you the details: if you’ve never gone through it, you wouldn’t believe it, and if you’ve gone through it, you don’t need to be told a damned thing.

  1. Had the granddaughter here today. It is the SEQUENCE that’s important. She is consistently announcing events AFTER the fact. Six more months and we will be flawless!

      Of course, I’ve got *grandkids* in the house at this moment going through the very same thing, so I could be biased towards exhaustion: I’ve been buying diapers every week since May 1999. I kid you not. 15 years straight.

      Wait; I think I had a week off in 2002 right before my son was born.

  4. Two (mostly) down – the three year old still has some issues here and there… and one to go about a year from now. And I am getting too old for this.
