Olive Garden is suffering from the fact the economy is still a wreck. They aren’t exactly a fast food restaurant like McDonalds, and as such they are more easily hurt by this economic wreck.
That’s part of it, although I think they’ve had some problems due to the whole low carb/gluten free/paleo thing.
