That was a pretty rocking film. I don’t like to get too far into whether Movie A was better than Movie B and how they matched up in relation to Movie C, because that way lies madness. All I know is, I enjoyed myself very much at this one. It Did Not Suck*. Heck, the trailer for the new Fantastic Four flick even seemed better, just for being in close proximity to this movie. So… if you’ve been enjoying the MCU ride so far, you should be fine here.

Took Junior and his cousin shortly after it opened, and yes, it’s .. a cracklin’ good tale, worth seeing on the big screen.

The only weakness we saw [spoilers preemptively deleted] but .. that’s just our opinion.

Best line in the movie was the “Oh, for God’s sake…” line. Dunno why, but I just loved it.

I could sympathize with Ultron at that point…I’ve had days like that.
Yes Moe, do watch your language.

Personally, I was amused at the various Avengers geeking out over Thor’s hammer, particularly the bit about the elevator.
I didn’t like the seemingly tacked-on romance subplot, and I feel that they jumped around a bit too much (like the scene with Thor and Erik that came out of nowhere), but I still think it was a better movie than the first Avengers.
And Ultron is one of the best villains of the entire series, maybe even *the* best one.
and now Max awaits 🙂
Please tell me the new Fantastic Four movie won’t suck, because the previous ones…, well… they sucked.
