…clearly label which race you are running for, and in what state. Do this as prominently as you can, in as many places as you can. Also mention the year, so that people will be able to figure out whether or not you’re still running for that office.

The ones who aren’t smart enough to read you *themselves* (I would accept “assign a staffer to read you daily” for statewide races, but not “google [candidate name] site:moelane.com” to see if their name came up) .. I’m not gonna lose any effs over if they don’t make it.

there are enough books about politics. if you must, write about life. yours.
AND they should always have PayPal as an option for donating. If someone is fired up and wanting to contribute, don’t make them have to go hunt up a wallet and credit card.
