It was pretty close, too: 37% for Marco Rubio, 36% for John Kasich. So: 10 delgates for Rubio, 9 for Kasich, goose eggs for everybody else. Don’t laugh, every delegate really does count these days.

More importantly, Trump only got 1 delegate all weekend.
And this is definitely evidence that the DC Republican party is out of step with the rest of the country. But then again, we knew that.
Yeah, this worked out great for Ted Cruz: Trump didn’t get any delegates and Cruz can say that DC Republicans clearly hate his guts. So, net gain.
Lest we mourn the passing of the Rubio thing , the following . I was / am a Rubio supporter , gave money , touted him as most electable , etc . ( Would prefer Cruz as president : that Constitution thing ) Offered to do phone work / volunteer around primary time which in Alabama was two weeks ago / two f’ing weeks ago and on Thursday get an email from Rubio to take me up on volunteer offer / two weeks after the primary . Kind of like the Romney GOTV thing : Can’t anyone here play this game ???
