Mind you, the pressure change has triggered one sockdolager of a headache, and I’m only dimly remembering at this point what dry feet feel like.  But it’s still nice to see the sun again… just in time for it to slip underneath the horizon. Ach, well, at least we’re well out of that wet season…

We’ve had gorgeous weather here in western Oregon…aaaaand it turns rainy again next week, just in time for our first ACW reenactment of the season…

Ah, the writing on that show.
A lot of people oversell the formula element for being responsible for the show’s longevity. But more important, I think, was the good joke-writing. It’s what let that formula keep feeling fresh for six or seven years.
Ah, the Big Room, intolerably brightly lit during the day most of the time (and leaking water sometimes when it’s not).
