…I dunno. I find the X-Men films ultimately frustrating. I liked X-Men, liked First Class, liked Days of Future Past – but I kind of soured on the franchise after the third movie and kind of got the impression that the Wolverine stand-alones had… issues (the Deadpool thing being merely the most egregious). Hugh Jackman always played a highly credible Wolverine, but: at this point I want to see all the Marvel stuff folded back into the MCU, where it belongs.  So, removing one of the generally positive things about non-MCU Marvel flicks probably will help with that.
