You know, I tried this experiment once around 10 years ago:

Listen to a modern pop radio station for an entire day. Then think about how you feel at the end of the day.

Then find an old time pop station -SiriusXM is good for this, try 40’s of 4 or 50’s on 5. Listen for the whole day, and then think about how you feel at the end of the day.

The difference is striking.
