Donald Duck and Sacred Geometry.

So I saw this on Facebook, and I’ll be blessed if this Donald Duck cartoon didn’t tell me a couple of things about sacred geometry and Classical art that were hitherto unknown to me:

Why didn’t anybody ever show me this in grammar school?  Why will I have to make sure that my kids see it tomorrow, because they’re not going to see it in grammar school, either? Why do I suspect that those were both rhetorical questions?

  1. That’s a great one that I’d forgotten I’d ever seen. That would have made a great ride concept for the EPCOT park, imo.

  2. I use it every year in my 6th grade math class. The kids like seeing Donald Duck; I enjoy the brief West Coast Jazz interlude.
