…and it comes out fine:
The monitor even has speakers, so I don’t need to worry about that. Now it’s a matter of waiting for the Roku Streaming Stick to arrive today (all hail same-day delivery). I haven’t decided yet whether to park that one on the monitor, or whether to put it on my regular TV and use the one I have now for the exercise/craft room. May not really matter either way.
Glad it worked!

Would you be willing to discuss why Roku and not Amazon Fire?

I, too, am interested in this.
He did previously. Fifty bucks, iirc. (the Roku is cheaper)
Pretty much. My wife didn’t even blink when I ordered it; she would have, if it had been a C-note.
I believe I paid $70 for a refurbished Amazon Fire (prior version) last year .. but I do C-note your point.

Some people might also say “because you can walk right into Walmart or Target and walk out with a Roku.” 🙂
