Yeah, based on that movie that I didn’t actually watch. Anyway, it is… remarkably blase about the fact that most of its supporting cast is in constant danger of being dragged off and presumably eaten, given that the first half of that happened several times in the pilot episode.
On the other hand – I guess that it’s the other hand – The Croods show has owlbears. Excuse me: ‘bearowls.’ I absolutely refuse to believe that this was accidental. There are many professions where you can legitimately expect most of its members to be ignorant of basic details from D&D, but ‘computer animators’ is not one of them.
