Frozen Dreams Working Draft Process, Day Three: 3 Chapters / 5,802 words.

Experimenting with setting up scenes in Scrivener and whatnot.  I use it a lot for short story submissions, but Frozen Dreams is the first novel.  It takes some getting used to.

Snippet:

Ah, the new Californian nobility. The couple that had used the room last night were desperately eager to not be publicly linked to this Case, to the point where they came disguised to the interviews. I couldn’t figure out why until I heard their names, and then realized that the two had set up what they thought was a little adulterous interlude, only to discover when the masks went off that they were actually married to each other. As the husband sheepishly pointed out, this sort of thing was a lot less socially embarrassing when it happened in the Lore.
