Ryan Reynolds has had a couple of good years. How good? Good enough that he could run around with Michael Bay and do 6 UNDERGROUND for Netflix.
See that? That’s the movie that you make while you’re waiting for Disney to figure out how to best pimp out your successful and cost-effective movie series. I mean, we all know that there’s gonna be a DEADPOOL 3, right? The Mouse ain’t in the habit of leaving a couple of hundred million off of the table, especially since that amount’s what left over AFTER Disney spreads all of that sweet, sweet promotional and advertising money around.
But Ryan’s gotta pay the bills until then: so go get Bay, go get some stuff that makes things go Boom, and go on location. And why not? Hey, it works for Tom Cruise.
