I just watched this the other night on HBO Demand and it was just as good as I remembered it. The sets, the music, the costumes, Cthulhu Mythos, wizards, a gargoyle familiar, zombies, gremlins…what’s not to like?
The cast is very good across the board, but Fred Ward is perfect.
See this one if you haven’t already, you won’t regret it.
What was the name of the sequel? It had Dennis Hopper and Penelope Ann Miller if I remember right.
Witch Hunt. Not quite as good, but good. I don’t understand why these films aren’t available on DVD.
