https://www.fbpurity.com/ is a similar extension that allows FB UI customization that *should* be native.
Don’t want to see certain links in the right or left columns? Wish you could hide posts containing certain words, new profile photos or ads? Change the UI color or font? FBP allows all this and more.
Wish I could help, but I never could get the hang of social media marketing. From what I can tell Instagram is your best bet, followed by Pinterest.
