GHOSTWIRE: TOKYO is coming to the PS5 and PC on March 25, which means that at least we won’t have to listen to many complaints on the console side (PS5s are still insanely expensive*). Still debating on whether to get it. It’s supposedly a pure shooter, and I don’t do well with those. But it looks really pretty, though.
…For given values of ‘pretty.’

*So expensive I won’t even link to them. If you have $1,200 for a gaming console, you have $1,200 for a real computer.
It seems to me like Sony has been trying to replicate the Apple cachet among PlayStation fanboys.
Eh, I’ll eventually get around to upgrading to Series S. (Probably because Starfield is likely to force my hand.)
But it’s really weird listening to tech cultists.
I can’t tell the difference between 1080p and 4K at normal viewing distances, but somehow anything that isn’t 8K is trash?
Games have been achieving photorealistic 3D graphics for nearly a decade. That focus has not made for better games, but it’s what I “should” focus on? (I take a moment to note that Outer Wilds and Deep Rock Galactic have potato graphics, and they’re more fun than nearly any AAA game I’ve encountered in years.)
I was really bummed out that Arkane dumbed down Deathloop. I was hoping they were going to build on what they’d done in the Mooncrash Prey DLC.
